Pulank announced that it is about to complete the construction of a 66-acre smart factory

Pulanka a prominent leader in the Chinese rock tool manufacturing industry, is poised to inaugurate its new, expansive manufacturing facility by the end of September.This state-of-the-art plant, spanning 66 acres, signifies a major strategic investment and a substantial upgrade to the company's production capabilities.

The core of the new facility is its integration of Industry 4.0 principles, featuring 15 unmanned automated production lines. These smart lines will be dedicated to the high-precision manufacturing of the company's core product range, including Tapered Drill Bits, Down-The-Hole (DTH) Drill Bits, DTH Hammers,  Shank Adapters and Drill rods.

This advanced automation ecosystem is designed to achieve unprecedented levels of efficiency, consistency, and quality control. By leveraging robotics, IoT connectivity, and real-time data analytics, Pulanka ensures every product meets rigorous standards while significantly boosting its overall output.

The commissioning of this plant is a direct response to growing market demand and is set to solidify Pulanka's position as a dominant force with a domestically leading production and supply system in terms of both output and sales volume.   The increased capacity ensures a more robust and reliable supply chain for its domestic and international clientele, supporting sectors such as mining, quarrying, and large-scale infrastructure construction.The new plant is expected to enhance Pulanka's competitive edge dramatically, reducing lead times and enabling scalable production to capture further market share.
