The Planka garden-style intelligent factory has successfully completed its topping-out ceremony

The core of the new facility is its integration of Industry 4.0 principles, featuring 15 unmanned automated production lines. These smart lines will be dedicated to the high-precision manufacturing of the company's core product range, including Tapered Button Bits, Down-The-Hole (DTH) Drill Bits, DTH Hammers,  Shank Adapters and Drill rods.

The commissioning of this plant is a direct response to growing market demand and is set to solidify Pulanka's position as a dominant force with a domestically leading production and supply system in terms of both output and sales volume.   The increased capacity ensures a more robust and reliable supply chain for its domestic and international clientele, supporting sectors such as mining, quarrying, and large-scale infrastructure construction.The new plant is expected to enhance Pulanka's competitive edge dramatically, reducing lead times and enabling scalable production to capture further market share.
